Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, getting a score of 82.4 against 66.2. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) design is notably newer than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0's, but it's incredibly heavier and a little thicker. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has Windows 10 Pro OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has Android 4.4.2 OS.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because although it has lesser cores and doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 14,5 GB more RAM.
