The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is slightly better than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, getting a score of 66.2 against 63. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is a newer tablet device, and it is also way lighter and somewhat thinner than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 counts with a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1280 x 800, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 also counts with a greater screen density.
