Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, with a global score of 66.2 against 58.1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 construction is much newer, just a bit thinner and incredibly lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version, providing some extra features.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 counts with a superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a larger number of faster cores and an additional graphics processing unit. Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has a much smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 800, the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 also counts with a higher pixel amount in each inch in the display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a little bit better storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 64 GB. Galaxy Tab 10.1 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and although they both have a camera with a 3 megapixels, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 also has a much higher (Full HD) video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a way better battery life than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a 53 percent more battery size.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
