Google Nexus 10's body is newer and extremely thinner, but a lot heavier than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE. These tablets come with Android operating system, but the Google Nexus 10 has a more recent 5.1 version and Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2 version.
