Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has the newer 4.1.2 version while Blackview Tab 12 has Android 11 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is an extremely older and a lot thicker tablet than Blackview Tab 12, but Samsung managed to make it lighter anyway.
