Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a little bit better than the HP ProPad 600, getting a 60.8 score against 58.2. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a way lighter device than the HP ProPad 600, but both are 0.39inches thick. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has Android 4.1.2 OS, while HP ProPad 600 comes with Windows 8.1 OS. The HP ProPad 600 has a better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a much larger screen, a higher count of pixels per display inch and a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920.
HP ProPad 600 has a slightly better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. The HP ProPad 600 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a higher number of cores (and also faster) and a greater amount of RAM memory.
The HP ProPad 600 has a much better battery life than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has an 8380mAh battery size. HP ProPad 600 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a way more MP back facing camera.

So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the HP ProPad 600, letting go some features and specifications.
