Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, having a 72.2 score against 60.8. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with Android 4.1.2 OS. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a much newer and a little thinner portable tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, although it is also extremely heavier.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a really larger screen, a better pixels amount per inch in the screen and a lot better 1440 x 2160 resolution.
