The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has an overall score of 60.8, which is slightly better than Galaxy Tab 3 V's global score of 58.5. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has older 4.1.2 version and Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a just a little heavier and just a bit thicker tablet device than Galaxy Tab 3 V.
Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab 3 V, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also has a higher number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus. Both of them have a greater amount of pixels per screen inch, exactly the same resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and a same size screen.
The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 64 GB. The Galaxy Tab 3 V shoots slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, although it has a lot worse 640x480 (VGA) video quality and a back facing camera with lot less mega pixels.
Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 3 V, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab 3 V. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab 3 V, giving up a couple features and specifications.
