Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, getting a 65.6 score against 60.8. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has Android 4.1.2. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a way newer tablet device, and it is also somewhat lighter and thinner than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus.
