Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a global score of 60.8, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab E's score of 60.7. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has the older 4.1.2 version and Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a notably older and somewhat thicker portable tablet than the Galaxy Tab E, but Samsung managed to make it noticeably lighter anyway.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab E features a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a higher number of cores and a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better pixels amount per inch in the display.

Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a superior memory for applications and games than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 24 GB more internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E features a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Tab E also has a much more megapixels camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab E has better battery life than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a 25% larger battery capacity.
