The Xperia Tablet S and Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus have extremely similar displays, because although the Xperia Tablet S has a quite worse pixels quantity in each screen inch, it also counts with a better 800 x 1280px resolution and a lot larger display. The Xperia Tablet S features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Xperia Tablet S also has more CPU cores and an additional graphics processor.
