Microsoft Surface Go is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, getting a 66.5 score against 60.7. Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10 operating system, and Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus comes with Android 4.1.2 operating system. Microsoft Surface Go's construction is notably newer and thinner than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus's, but it's way heavier.

The Microsoft Surface Go features just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface Go also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Go features a display that is just as good as the screen in Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, although the Microsoft Surface Go also has a lot better 1800 x 1200 resolution, a higher number of pixels per inch of display and a really bigger display.

The Microsoft Surface Go counts with a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Microsoft Surface Go shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a camera with way more MP and a way higher (Full HD) video definition.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface Go.
