Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus Review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a quite good tablet launched back in 2011, coming with a 1200 MHz Dual-Core CPU, a quite big 7 inches multi touch screen, and two cameras, a 3 megapixels back-facing camera and a 2 megapixels front facing camera. Let's take a deeper view of what this tablet offers to us.

Samsung decided to power this tablet using a good performance Dual-Core CPU clocking at 1200 megahertz with 1 GB RAM memory. A good point of this device is the 32 GB huge internal storage and an SD card slot, which allows the user to install lots of apps, games, songs, photos and videos without worrying about running out of space at all.

Apparently Samsung forgot about weight optimization in this 12.17 oz tablet. The Tab 7.0 Plus is just 0.39 inches thick, taking it to the thinnest portable tablet's category. Though the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is only 7.62" long and 4.82" wide, it is still able to fit a a 7 inches display.

This tablet has two cameras, a 3 mega-pixels back camera and a 2 megapixels front-facing camera. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also shoots videos in HD 1280x720. In addition, the camera includes some useful features like flash, smile detection shooting and auto-focus.

Samsung designed this tablet with an average 7" screen, and a 600 x 1024 resolution, giving this tablet a nice image quality. Its screen uses LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

This tablet features wi-fi connection (although it can't be provided to other devices around, acting as a wireless router or modem), HSPA+ 4G internet connection, that is not as fast as LTE networks and the fastest 3G internet connection, over HSDPA, HSPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus works with a SIM card to connect to GSM networks.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also features a couple of cool characteristics like Bluetooth (3.0) and GPS Localization, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This device features a 4000 mAh high capacity Li-Ion non-replaceable battery that can keep it running for several hours and even reach the end of the day without having to charge it at all. An issue to take into consideration is that this device's battery isn't replaceable so you can't change it when it starts to lose its charge, even though with such a big battery you will probably replace this tablet before it becomes a real problem.

This tablet is really expensive considering it is offerred for 555 dollars, and other similar tablets cost a lot less than that. This tablet is definitely a great option for you no matter whether you will use it majorly for social networks, will use it for work or want a gaming tablet device.
