Galaxy Tab 7.7 has an overall score of 64.8, which is better than HP ProPad 600's 58.2 overall score. Galaxy Tab 7.7's body is lighter and way thinner than HP ProPad 600, although it was released many years before. Galaxy Tab 7.7 comes with Android 4.0.4 OS, while HP ProPad 600 works with Windows 8.1 OS.
HP ProPad 600 features a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a just a bit more pixels per inch of display, a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a lot bigger screen. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a greater memory to store more apps and games than HP ProPad 600. They have the same internal storage.
The HP ProPad 600 features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and more RAM memory. HP ProPad 600 has a very superior battery life than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has 8380mAh of battery capacity.

If you prefer to save some money, you can get the HP ProPad 600, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
