Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a global score of 64.8, which is just a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M1's 61.5 general score. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a just a little heavier portable tablet than the Huawei MediaPad M1, but they are 0.31inches thick. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has the older 4.0.4 version and Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2.
The Huawei MediaPad M1 features just a bit better performance than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also counts with a higher number of faster cores. Huawei MediaPad M1 has a display that's very similar to the display in Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although the Huawei MediaPad M1 has a just a bit inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have an equal 1280 x 800 resolution, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 32 GB, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has more internal storage capacity. The Huawei MediaPad M1 captures slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a way better video definition and a much higher 5 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 has just a bit better battery performance than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a 5100mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei MediaPad M1. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Huawei MediaPad M1, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
