Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a general score of 64.8, which is slightly better than the Lenovo ThinkPad 8's 64.2 score. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 construction is somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter than the Lenovo ThinkPad 8. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with Android 4.0.4 OS, while Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with Windows 8.1 OS.
Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and more cores. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has more pixels per screen inch, a quite bigger screen and a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1200.
The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a camera in the back with a way higher 8 mega-pixels resolution and a way better video definition. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab 7.7, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Lenovo ThinkPad 8, letting go some specs and features.
