Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a general score of 64.8, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE's 62.5 global score. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a way lighter and just a little thinner tablet than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 7.7 has newer 4.0.4 version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1.

The Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory and 2 cpu cores, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has a graphics processor. Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has a really smaller screen, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also counts with a better pixel amount per inch of display.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB and more internal storage. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE counts with improved battery life than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a 6800mAh battery size.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE and Galaxy Tab 7.7 both have extremely similar cameras, they have a camera in the back with a 3 mega-pixels resolution, the same 1280x720 video resolution and the same video frame rate.

Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 7.7, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, letting go some specifications.
