Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a score of 64.8, which is better than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's overall score of 57.5. Both tablets we are comparing come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 7.7 has an older 4.0.4 version while GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 version. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 body is noticeably thinner than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, but it is just a bit heavier and was released 2 years before.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with a slightly better screen than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a just a bit higher display pixel density, a little bigger display and a higher resolution of 800 x 1280. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 features just a bit better hardware performance than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has a graphics co-processor.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with a way bigger storage for games and applications than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 32 GB, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has 64 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has better battery life than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity.
The GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's camera is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 one, both of them have a same resolution camera.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as GALAXY Tab 3 Kids. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, giving up some features and specs.
