Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is slightly better than Galaxy Tab 7.7, with a 65.6 score against 64.8. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab 7.7 has Android 4.0.4, so it provides you some extra features.
