Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab E, getting a 64.8 score against 60.7. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 design is just a little bit thinner and lighter than Galaxy Tab E, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 7.7 has older 4.0.4 version while Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4.

Galaxy Tab E features a processor that's just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 one, because although the Galaxy Tab E has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores and more RAM. Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a more vivid display than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 1280, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also counts with a just a bit greater pixel count per inch in the display.

Galaxy Tab E shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.7, and although they both have the same (HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy Tab E also has a back camera with lot more MP. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a lot bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 32 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage.

Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab E, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.
