The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a global score of 73.6, which is better than the Galaxy Tab 7.7's 64.8 global score. The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch is a noticeably newer portable tablet, and it's also lighter and a lot thinner than the Galaxy Tab 7.7. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of faster cores.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch features a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a lot better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels, a little bigger screen and much more pixels per display inch. The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch features a better memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch also has an external SD slot that admits up to 128 GB.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because it has a 28% bigger battery size.
