Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab, with a general score of 63.5 against 58.6. These tablets have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a newer 4.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a much thinner and somewhat lighter tablet device than the Samsung Galaxy Tab.

Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab, because it has 512 MB more RAM memory, an extra graphics processing unit and a higher number of cores (and also faster). The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a better screen than Galaxy Tab, because it has a just a little greater pixel amount per inch of screen, a bit larger display and a better resolution of 800 x 1280px.

The Galaxy Tab counts with a little bit more storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.

The Galaxy Tab features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, although it has a camera with lesser mega-pixels resolution and a much worse video definition.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Tab. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab, resigning some specs and features.
