The Lenovo Moto Tab is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, with a global score of 64.4 against 58.8. These tablets use Android OS, but the Lenovo Moto Tab has a more recent 7.1 Nougat version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0 version, offering some extra features and increased performance. Lenovo Moto Tab's design is noticeably newer and somewhat thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's, but it's just a bit heavier.

The Lenovo Moto Tab counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has 16 GB more internal storage and an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB.

Lenovo Moto Tab has just a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a 15% greater battery size.
