Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is much better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, with a overall score of 68.7 against 58.8. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's body is newer, somewhat thinner and extremely lighter than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE. Both devices we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has newer 4.2.2 version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0 version, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a superior battery duration than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has 6100mAh of battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, and although they both have the same (HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also has a lot better resolution back camera.
