The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has just a bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab A 10.5, although it has a bit smaller screen, a little bit less pixels per screen inch and a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280. Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a better performing CPU than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a higher number of faster cores.
The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 shoots greater pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a lot better 1920x1080 video resolution and a back camera with way more megapixels. Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has an external SD slot that holds up to 400 GB and more internal memory capacity.
Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has 7300mAh of battery capacity instead of 6100mAh.
