Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has an overall score of 78.2, which is a lot better than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's general score of 58.8. Although the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is just a little heavier than the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, it's somewhat thinner and also a lot newer. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features a faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a larger number of cores.
The Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE features a slightly better screen than Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, although it has a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280, a just a little lower screen density and a little bit smaller display. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a very superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 48 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features a way better camera than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a way more mega pixels camera in the back. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite counts with a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has 7040mAh of battery capacity instead of 6100mAh.
