Comparison review
The Alcatel 3T 8 has a global score of 58.6, which is slightly better than Galaxy Tab 8.9's 58.1 general score. Alcatel 3T 8's body is incredibly newer, a little bit thinner and lighter than the Galaxy Tab 8.9. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Alcatel 3T 8 has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0 version.
Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a more vivid screen than Alcatel 3T 8, because although it has a quite worse quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 8.9 also counts with a bit larger display. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a quite bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Alcatel 3T 8, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 48 GB more internal storage.
The Alcatel 3T 8 features a better performing processing unit than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a greater number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 features a way better battery life than Alcatel 3T 8, because it has a 6000mAh battery size. The Alcatel 3T 8 captures greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition, the Alcatel 3T 8 also has a camera with much more megapixels.
