Blackview Tab 18 is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, with a score of 71.2 against 58.1. Blackview Tab 18 is a notably newer and just a little bit thinner tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, but it is also noticeably heavier. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Blackview Tab 18 has a more recent 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0, so it gives a couple nice extra features.
Blackview Tab 18 has a much faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a greater number of cores (and also faster).
