Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad M1 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, having a 61.5 score against 58.1. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad M1 has a newer 4.2.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0, offering some extra features and optimized performance. The Huawei MediaPad M1 body is extremely newer, a little bit thinner and notably lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9.
Huawei MediaPad M1 has a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1280 x 800, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also counts with a little greater screen density. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 56 GB more internal memory capacity.
Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a better performing processor than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a greater number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has improved battery life than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a 25% bigger battery size. Huawei MediaPad M1 takes slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a way higher video quality.
Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, Huawei MediaPad M1 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making buying this tablet an easy decision.
