Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has a general score of 58.7, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9's overall score of 58.1. Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's construction is heavier and a little thicker than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9. The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro comes with Windows OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 comes with Android 3.0 OS.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 features a bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, although it has a much smaller screen, a much worse pixel amount per inch in the screen and a lot lower 800 x 1280 resolution.
