The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is way better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, with a general score of 75.1 against 58.1. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 works with Android 3.0 OS.
