The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9, having a global score of 63.2 against 58.1. Both tablets in this review include Android operating system, but Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has 3.2 version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0 version, so it provides the user lots of additional features. Even being the best tablet we are comparing, it must be noted that it's also much heavier and just a bit thicker.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 features a little sharper display than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280px resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 also counts with a just a bit greater screen density. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity.
Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 features just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 also has an additional GPU. Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 counts with longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity.
Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 captures a lot better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 also has a way more mega pixels camera in the back.
The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 is not only the best devices between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also very cheap compared to the other devices.
