Nokia N1 is better than Galaxy Tab 8.9, with a score of 66 against 58.1. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Nokia N1 has a more recent 5.0 version and Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0 version, so it gives you a couple additional features and performance tweaks. Nokia N1's construction is noticeably newer, much lighter and notably thinner than Galaxy Tab 8.9.

The Nokia N1 counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better screen pixel density and a lot higher 2048 x 1536 resolution. Nokia N1 features a much powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a 64-bit processing unit, more CPU cores and an extra GPU.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Nokia N1, because it has 64 GB internal storage. Nokia N1 features a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a back camera with lot more mega-pixels.

The Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with just a bit better battery performance than Nokia N1, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 5300mAh.

Nokia N1 costs more than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
