Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has a global score of 74.2, which is way better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9's 58.1 global score. Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is a noticeably newer portable tablet, and it is also somewhat lighter and a little thinner than the Galaxy Tab 8.9. These tablets have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has newer 11 version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0 version, giving you some extra features.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a just a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a little bigger display.
