Galaxy Tab 8.9 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile, getting a score of 58.1 against 57.6. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 8.9 has newer 3.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile has Android 2.2. Even though the Galaxy Tab 8.9 and Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile were released with only a couple of months difference, Galaxy Tab 8.9's construction is extremely thinner but somewhat heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because although it has an inferior number of cores, it also counts with a graphics co-processor. Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab T-Mobile, and although they both have the same display density, the Galaxy Tab 8.9 also has a higher 800 x 1280 resolution and a larger screen.
Galaxy Tab T-Mobile shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 8.9. Both have the same video resolution, the same video frame rate and a back-facing camera with a 3 mega-pixels. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with a superior storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 features a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile, because it has a 50% greater battery capacity.
Galaxy Tab 8.9 is not only the best devices of the ones in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper.
