Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is better than the Asus Fonepad Note 6, having a global score of 70.2 against 58.7. Both devices in this review use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has 8.1 Oreo version while Asus Fonepad Note 6 has Android 4.4 version, giving you some additional features and some performance improvements. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) construction is noticeably thinner but a lot heavier than Asus Fonepad Note 6.
The Asus Fonepad Note 6 has a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), because although it has a much smaller display and a little bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a way higher screen pixels density. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has a greater memory capacity for games and applications than Asus Fonepad Note 6, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 200 GB.
