The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a general score of 76.7, which is much better than Google Nexus 7's 59.3 score. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has the newer 11 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1, so it gives a couple additional features and increased performance. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019)'s construction is incredibly newer and incredibly thinner, but way heavier than Google Nexus 7.
