Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a general score of 76.7, which is way better than the HTC Jetstream's general score of 63.6. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is a newer portable tablet, and it is also a lot thinner and much lighter than HTC Jetstream. Both tablets in this comparison use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a newer 11 version while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1 version, providing the user a couple additional features and performance improvements.
Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a bit better processor than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more cores and more RAM memory.
