The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is much better than Microsoft Surface Pro 8, with a 76.7 score against 64.8. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has Android 11 OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 8 works with Windows 11 OS. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is a way lighter and thinner tablet than the Microsoft Surface Pro 8.
