Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 400 GB.
