Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is way better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, having a 74.5 score against 57.6. These tablets use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, so it provides a couple additional features and a performance increase. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 design has the same thickness than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but it is way heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a little better hardware performance than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. Both of them have the same RAM amount and 8 cpu cores.
