The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) is just a bit better than the Google Nexus 7, having a 60.4 score against 59.3. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a more recent 5.1 Lollipop version and Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1, providing some nice extra features and some performance improvements. Both of them have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280px, the same pixel density and a display with the same size.
Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a slightly better storage capacity for applications and games than Google Nexus 7, because although it has only 8 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 200 GB.
