The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a score of 75.2, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s 60.4 general score. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has older 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab A (2016) has Android 5.1 Lollipop. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a older and somewhat heavier tablet device than Galaxy Tab A (2016), but Samsung was able to build it somewhat thinner anyway.

Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a lot better display than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a lot better 2560 x 1600 resolution, a much higher pixel density and a bigger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a slot for external memory cards that admits 136 GB smaller, it also counts with 24 GB more internal storage.
