Galaxy Note 8.0 has a score of 69.2, which is better than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0's overall score of 62.8. Even being the best in this comparison review, the Galaxy Note 8.0 construction is way older, a bit heavier and just a little thicker than Galaxy Tab A 8.0. These tablets use Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 8.0 has 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 features a greater hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a higher amount of RAM and an additional graphics co-processor.
