IPad 4 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), with a 70.8 score against 65.7. Even being the best we are comparing, iPad 4's design is notably heavier and just a bit thicker than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017). The iPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x OS, and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has Android 9.0 Pie OS.
The iPad 4 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because although it has lesser RAM and less 1.4 GHz processing cores, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Apple iPad 4 features an incredibly better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has a larger display, a greater pixels density and a much higher 1536 x 2048 resolution.
