Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is a little bit better than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, with a score of 65.7 against 63.1. Although it's the best portable tablet in this review, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017)'s design is thicker and somewhat heavier than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus. Both devices we compare here use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has newer 9.0 Pie version and Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has Android 7.1 Nougat version.

The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus counts with a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus also has a larger number of cores (and also faster).
