The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a score of 65.7, which is slightly better than LG G Pad F2 8.0's score of 62.7. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is a better tablet than LG G Pad F2 8.0, we must note that it is also a thicker and a bit heavier tablet. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has 9.0 Pie version and LG G Pad F2 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat, providing a couple additional features.

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the LG G Pad F2 8.0 also has more cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) and the LG G Pad F2 8.0 both have incredibly similar screens, both have the same display density, a same size display and the same exact 800 x 1280 resolution.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) features a really longer battery duration than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
