Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is slightly better than the Blackview Tab 13, getting a 68.3 score against 63.8. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Blackview Tab 13 has Android 12. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is a way older and thicker device than Blackview Tab 13, but Samsung was able to make it much lighter anyway.
The Blackview Tab 13 has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a way higher 1080 x 1920 resolution, a just a little greater pixel quantity in each screen inch and a bigger display. The Blackview Tab 13 counts with a slightly better memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Blackview Tab 13 features a quite better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM.
