Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a global score of 68.3, which is much better than the Honor MagicPad 2 12.3's 61.1 overall score. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) construction is a lot lighter than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, although it's notably thicker and was released many years before. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version while Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 has Android 14, so it gives you a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.

Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 features a much sharper screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a way bigger screen, a lot higher pixel quantity per display inch and a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 3000px. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) counts with a much powerful CPU than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores.
