The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a score of 68.3, which is a little bit better than the LG G Pad 8.3's 65.9 score. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a newer 8.1 Oreo version while LG G Pad 8.3 has Android 4.4 version, so it provides you some extra features. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) design is extremely newer than LG G Pad 8.3's, but it is a bit thicker and just a bit heavier.

LG G Pad 8.3 has a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a way higher resolution of 1200 x 1920, a little bit bigger display and a better display pixels density. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a very superior memory capacity for applications and games than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has 32 GB internal storage and a SD extension slot that holds up to 400 GB. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) captures just a bit better videos and photos than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a 5 MP camera in the back and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and video in low-light situations.
